Unfortunately, further registrations can no longer be considered, as the registration period has ended.

Pre-registration for the 21st EUROTREFF (3 – 7 September 2025) is now open.

The EUROTREFF is an international children’s and youth choir festival, which has been held every two years in Wolfenbüttel since 1989.

Conditions of participation

Participants

  • Girls and mixed youth chamber choirs (up to 26 years)
  • 40 persons per choir max. (including 4 members of staff max. plus bus drivers)

Programme and concerts

  • ca. 20 hours of atelier rehearsals
  • choir-to-choir concert
  • 1-2 additional concerts on the island
  • performance in a church service
  • final concert: presentation of ateliers

Accommodation and transportation
During the meeting, participants will stay at the youth hostel “StrandGUT” in Trassenheide, just 100 meters from the sandy beaches of Usedom island. Choirs are expected to bring their own bus to help getting participants to all events!

 

Participation fee

The participation fee includes full room (at the youth hostel “StrandGUT“) and board, as well as participation in ateliers and the costs of scores. All travel costs are to be paid by the participants.

The assignment of the country of the participating choirs corresponds to the country groups of the European Choral Association – Europa Cantat.

For countries outside Europe we follow the HDI (index used by IFCM).

Advance payment: 50,- € per participant, to be paid until 15 March 2024.
